As a certified Life, Career, and Health & Wellness Coach, she is passionate about helping women over 50 reconnect with their purpose, embrace new possibilities, and create a life of meaning, health, and fulfillment.

Debra currently serves as a Health Coach at Baylor College of Medicine, supporting individuals in maintaining good health and well-being. Previously, she guided professionals and executives at LLH, Inc. in corporate career coaching, having worked with professionals from Fortune 500/1000 companies, including Shell, Exxon, Wells Fargo, Hewlett-Packard, Lockheed Martin, Accenture, and more. She has led award-winning teams and helped countless individuals pivot, grow, and succeed in their careers.
